Crash and burn……kind of!

Ok first off I was not riding my bike.  Those of you who know me would think from the title I succeeded in crashing on my bike again.  I woke up this morning to my neighbor scraping his car windows.  I didn’t even think about why it was so loud.  All I though was I should get up earlier.  So I went about my business getting ready for work, feeling pretty good that I would get to work early.  Well I grab my stuff step outside and looking at the driveway thought “oh it must have rained”.  Not exactly.  

It was ice, all of it.  I got one foot down and my body just followed.  Computer bag sliding, oranges rolling.  It was so slippery I couldn’t even get back up.  I crawled back to the back steps and went back in.  I hit my elbow pretty bad.  It would have been funny with out the elbow.  The worst part was I then had to go out and scrap ice from the freezing off the car windows.

Today is Monday.
